Return Policy

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping within Australia and New Zealand on all purchases over $100 AUD.

For purchases of $100 AUD and under, delivery rates are as follows:

  • Australia: 1-10 business days from dispatch$9.95
  • New Zealand: 10-15 business days from dispatch$9.95

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. Your products are shipped from our warehouse in Victoria. Standard Shipping orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-4 business days. In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes.

Once dispatched with Australia Post, expected delivery times for each region are as follows:

Standard Shipping

  • 1-3 business days Victoria
  • 2-6 business days NSW, ACT, SA & QLD metro and most regional areas*
  • 3-10 business days WA, NT, Tasmania*

*Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping times

We currently do not offer express shipping options.

We currently do not ship outside of Australia and New Zealand; however we are actively working towards this!

Our online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Play as payment, unfortunately we are unable to accept cheque or Bpay.

We prefer that you place your order through our online store as the payment gateway is secure and much safer for you.  If you do prefer to place your order by phone, please call our customer service department between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm (AEST), Monday - Friday on +61 1800 001 399 (AU) or 0800 808 153 (NZ).
